Welcome To Devonshire PALS
The LAPD Devonshire Police Activity League Supporters, better known as Devonshire PALS, is highly effective at deterring gangs and preventing crime. For more than 30 years, PALS has provided after school and weekend enrichment programs for at-risk children and teens that build strong, positive relationships between youth and the LAPD.
PALS promotes trust and understanding between young people and police officers by bringing youth under the supervision and constructive influence of dedicated law enforcement professionals. The program is based on the conviction that young people—if they are reached early enough—can develop strong, positive attitudes toward police officers and the law.

"The Greig Smith LAPD Devonshire Youth Center is, with all certainty, the most valuable resource for the youth of the many communities comprising the Northwest San Fernando Valley. It provides much need afterschool programs including tutoring, art instruction, sporting events, computer access and mentoring. The center maintains and promotes high expectations for its’ participants and teaches them responsibility, positive decision making and maturity."
